Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Vertera account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Vertera app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Account section
  4. Tap “Delete Account”
  5. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request Send an email to contact@verterahealth.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, health data)
  • All your health metrics and progress data
  • Your exercise programmes and progress
  • Your learning progress
  • Your community posts and interactions
  • Your subscription information

Data Retention

  • In-app deletion: Your account is deleted immediately
  • Email deletion requests: Your account will be deleted within 7 days
  • Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to any active subscriptions
  • If you wish to use Vertera again, you’ll need to create a new account
